Hello everyone! I'm Ashley, and I'm turning 30 this month! While some people dread hitting this milestone, I'm actually excited to see what the next decade has in store for me. And as a Registered Nurse at Ilios Medical Spa, I'm especially interested in how my skin will change as I enter my thirties. Here are three things that happen to your skin after the age of 30: Collagen production slows down: Collagen is a protein that gives your skin its structure and elasticity.
